A little bit of riddim

Just recently I stole my man and swept him into a sea of dancing Spearhead fans for a fantastic night of my favorite sweat inducing activity (ok, second favorite) along with my wonderful girlfriends A & G. If anyone can get you moving on the dancefloor it's Michael Franti. His energy casts a contagious spell of love and joy that fills you up and makes you want to shake your thang all over the land.
The night definitely made me realize how much I LOVE to dance and got me thinking about how to incorporate it into my exercise routine. I'm so excited to start!

Burglars Beware!
If our house looks at all tempting for the taking, head on into the back yard...we've got a big surprise just waiting for you. If you think the gate looks bad, just think of what she could do with flesh.
She's sweet...really she is. She just has a very refined palate for that fine hickory flavor.

brain malfunction
My brain has been a bit scattered lately which has left my house messy, my toddler cranky and my blog empty. Hoping I can find more direction and organization for the coming week. Since my thoughts are malfunctioning lately and I can't think of much to say, thought I'd post an older photo that makes me smile.
