Sunday we celebrated our final Valentine's Day with homemade quiche and blueberry muffins for breakfast. Matt came home with 3 sweet bouquets for me and his mini babes. After breakfast the girls and I went to little Kate's third birthday party where the luau theme was in full force with leis, hula skirts and a tube to surf. Our day ended with Matt's parents around our table and a pot roast in our tummies followed by red velvet cupcakes. It was a good day with lots of sweetness to go around. I am truly blessed by all the loves in my life and honored that they love me back.

Love Day

A little bit of riddim
Just recently I stole my man and swept him into a sea of dancing Spearhead fans for a fantastic night of my favorite sweat inducing activity (ok, second favorite) along with my wonderful girlfriends A & G. If anyone can get you moving on the dancefloor it's Michael Franti. His energy casts a contagious spell of love and joy that fills you up and makes you want to shake your thang all over the land.
The night definitely made me realize how much I LOVE to dance and got me thinking about how to incorporate it into my exercise routine. I'm so excited to start!
